I take the engine and gearbox out, then clean the oil stains and then just put it back in ready for it to fail it's next MOT.

Basically when you say new defender it's going to be an Evoque. New defender should've been the new discovery. They should've never stopped making the old defender. They put the wrong people in charge. Now JLR is facing $3B in court action, producing a bunch of sh*t, no one can get insurance...

Where abouts is the push rod located?

I never took the pedal box out at all, 90 200tdi pedal box with 300tdi brake system If it weeps out and then releases, we thinking maybe brake bias? weird how it's just on the 1 wheel? Is there any guides on the pedal height?

parts used: - Brake Master Cylinder - LR013018 - Servo - LR013488 - Brake Pressure Reducing Valve - NTC8836 what else could cause it to bind? CV or something?

so tldr i rebuilt the whole brake system added braided lines i had the old servo and brake bias i upgraded them and fitted them to the old pedal box (drilled the holes for the new servo) The pin lined up perfectly.. I don't know.. really confused.. Plus it's only the drivers side front?

Took it for it's MOT.. failed.

Pulled the vacuum line off the servo, pedal is rock solid (don't feel any sponge / air in the lines)

I've got no idea it failed on it's MOT, we pulled it into the workshop and it was binding.. didn't have the problem for the first 2 miles driving to the workshop but suddenly down a hill it all went wrong, can feel it pull

Anyone any rough ideas? there's fluid to the bleed cap Whole of the brake system is brand new

I had a "well known" relay break after a few days this week :(

Might sounds crazy but buy another relay and try that. If that works then you’re buying some bad batches of relays for sure. Other than that only thing I can thing of is the ECU

well started to install the windscreen.. then CRACK

Reverse light connectors come back up.. any idea where this blue one goes? (solid green) then other one (highlighted in red) is connected to the rear loom (green+brown) Just lost on where to put the blue one.

Yeah i think mine is hidden somewhere!
