I never saw the LUK packaging and they failed to plug my HDC back in so my faith in the garage isn't amazing.

LUK clutch has failed on me after 10,000 miles and a trip to Avalanche and Billing. The DMF was checked and confirmed as decent enough to leave in, this time the whole lot is getting done.

For exactly that reason, I'd like to not have to repeat the expensive experience on a yearly basis moving forward.

Hi folks any clues on what this piece is called or what the part number might be? It's from a facelift freelander 1 and locks the handle to the door card which you the put a screw through.

Brilliant stuff, you've just saved me a ballache and a half!

Replaced the doors and now have the glorious task of repositioning the internal door handles.

Right O 15p it is! @sierrafery is there any differences that I'll need to adapt wiring/parts for between the 15 and 16? Cheers!

Did you ever get around to finishing the conversion? In the process of doing it myself at the moment.

How is it not good for me, surely if the 15P - 22P models are the same then that would make dropping a 15P in easier?

The 16p is hens teeth unfortunately and a new 16p head from turner is about £1,300 with vat. The idiot before me has left the head off causing surface rust on the piston surfaces, so it'll be more then likely more money for a rebuild then it would be dropping an engine in.
