Ahh yes as the 109 is an inch higher. I think the OP might want to run the exhaust so it comes out the back as if its a short stubby exhaust he might not like it. I think he already has the exhaust part though

I have a 1/2 inch snap-on techangle wrench. The good news is that it has degrees built in so you dont need an angle gauge to do stretch bolts. they can also be had for around 150 pounds second hand, which is a bargain as they are around 500 pounds new.

Also why do you want a 200tdi fitted? if you want better cruising speed fitting a 200tdi wont make it better. In fact it will be even louder. Why not fit range rover classic diffs (higher ratio) so you get better top end and lower rpm cruising speed. And an overdrive and bigger tyres
