OK to put "one shot swivel grease" in transfer box?

Need to do a 2 hour drive in my 300tdi tomorrow, leaving the house at 8:00am. This evening have unexpectedly had to replace the oil seal on the rear transfer box output shaft. Looks like quite a lot of fluid has been lost (all over the chassis and when replacing the seal). Tomorrow is Sunday so...

    Light bar

I got a cheap Chinese 52" off eBay. About £60. Wasn't expecting much but am incredibly impressed with it. I have full LEDs on the front and combined with the roof light, it's the best night vision I've ever experienced in a car. Even the kids agree that it's amazing, and they never agree with me ;)

    Propshaft vibration

... Male end of the prop should be towards the transfer box

    Propshaft vibration

Are you following the Haynes manual? If so, it tells you to put the front prop on back to front which causes vibration

    Bonnet hinge fitting

The hinge brackets aren't easy to bend. Big bar needed. Go gently otherwise your bonnet will be out of line. Slide bushes in from the side, hole facing up, thin bit towards the bulk head. Hold the bonnet vertically and drop into place.

What's the process for removing this part of the transfer box?

Thanks guys. Drilling a new hole worked in the end.

What's the process for removing this part of the transfer box?

I think I'm just going to drill and tap a new thread so no rush for an answer to this but might be useful for future reference

What's the process for removing this part of the transfer box?

Having a hard time removing a snapped stud for the speedo cable. Looking at this picture, what's the process for removing and refitting this part of the transfer box (highlighted in red)?

What are these two wires for (by the transfer box?)

Thanks James' Presumably temp as in temperature and not temporary? Just wrap them in heat shrink and cable tie out of the way somewhere?

What are these two wires for (by the transfer box?)

Took the handbrake drum off to drill out a snapped stud for the speedo cable, and noticed these two wires hanging. Anybody know what they're for/where they go? One black, and one red and grey(white?) by the look of it.

Has anybody got one of these?

    That's correct

Has anybody got one of these?

I was cleaning out the injectors on my 300tdi today and one of the small brass(?) washers/spacers pinged off and disappeared into the ether somewhere. Does anybody have a spare or know where I can get one? Haven't been able to find a part number and I don't want to fork out for a whole injector.
