A few more pics..... Interior is getting a full Exmoor make over, but it'll have to do for the trip. CB and switch pannel now fitted though Rear kitted out. Bulkhead is set back to accommodate the water tank, pumps, wiring center and hot water heat exchanger. Roof tent and storage...

Yeah had a look at the route you suggested & deiced to go that way. We're also gonna stop at the B&B you recommended, haven't called them yet, just in case we have a mis-hap & don't make it out the UK lol. Thanks for all your help by the way, it was greatly appreciated.

Shes a 1995 2 owner 300tdi. Just fitted air-con & it's off to the Pyrenees in two weeks too :)

At times you'd wish you'd taken up golf instead.... but it's worth it in the end :) :)

It was a long & stressful 6 months, but I got there in the end! I'll hold off the new Galv chassis till next summer I think.

Wanted. The 4-way fuse box under the bonnet (passenger side) of a 300tdi Defender. Its sits on the bulkhead brackets. I've just smashed mine!

Don't get rid of the H14!!! i've got one & dam is it good ( I pulled a full tree with it, put the hand throttle on while I stood outside had a brew & watched) . I've just given mine a full overhaul with new bearings to the shaft as well. Parts are cheaper than you'd think from Superwinch.

That's not a bad idea. I'll stick them on at sometime.

Found the official land rover wiring diagram!! took some looking but I got there in the end! If anybody needs the wiring just drop me a message.

Been searching. Found NAS but nothing for a 300tdi. Is the TD5 loom the same? (other than the clocks etc...) :frusty:

Hi guys. Has anybody got a wiring diagram for the Defender air-con? I've got a unit I'm waiting to put in but can't find a wiring diagram anywhere!! Haynes isn't much help. I'm putting it into a 300tdi if that helps?
