    ok, it happened. mainbox is chucking atf out from gasket next to lower mounting holes. also of concern is the amount of wear in the transfer box input splines. after removing both boxes from what looks like the bottom of the okyfanoke swamp, a jetwash will follow tomorrow and we'll see...

    you bin spying :eek: def lt77 dexronII leak, thought it was output seal, turns out its a gasket on main box, after removing transfer box. and sue's shock absorber. again. 2 mouthfuls of Guinness now, and a call out to a smoking fusebox. never ends :scratching_chin: back soon......

    door skin edges usually gets unfolded to form a 90 degree bend rather than the 180 degree, but only where the frame needs replacing. frame then cut carefully as not to damage the outer skin. frame will usually be stuck to outer skin with sikaflex or the like, may need warming then carefully...

    what she's failed to mention, is that it aint overheating, just the gauge is reading high. did suggest rotating the gauge so the needle points vertical and tippex'ing a new bit of white onto it :D sender swap, if that don't cure the (HIGH INDICATED READING SUE) then investigate for dodgy dash...
