It doesn't sound like the disc is at fault but the caliper piston may be sticking and it is this that needs sorting. I do not know but would think that the vented disc is thicker than the plain disc and will not fit in the L series caliper. Allan

TD4 doesn't have a belt. Have you blocked the EGR vcuum pipe? Wonder if the variable bit of the turbocharger isn't varying properly? Allan

Is this the model with the filter on the left of the engine bay or the later one with filter at the RH rear wheel arch? Engine bay then soak in diesel then knock out. Wheelarch dismantle plastic mounting as much as possible relaese clip and knock out old filter. Allan
