Yeah I did keep an eye on oil level and water level over the past couple of weeks and they are just fine. Mpg isn't that bad realy and the engine pulls realy well and alot better than my mates 300tdi so hence why I was thinking the pump has been tweeked but just wanted to know if there's a way...

There's one I've got my eye on that ticks all the boxes for me, and looks and sounds ideal. I've emailed the seller, and all 'seems' in order. It's about a 2 hour drive away, and I'm wondering whether it's worth driving all the way up there and back to see it, and then if I did end up having it...

No I haven't in away but have moved it abit and it seemed to move free enuf. When I have the linkage out it won't move over to the diff lock side at all. Have had it out twice and used more than enuf wd40 haha Just want a used part what works and wack it in and away I go :-) got a pay a play day...

I have a 300tdi 1996 and can't get into diff lock as the linkage is seezed up. So was wondering were the best place is to get a used linkage from?? Have looked on eBay but can't find any plus I don't know the real name for it lol. Have toke it off but can't get it in seezed.

Cheers I will look at the that first then if no luck will see if I have bent the rob a little. Always knew it is something simple :-)

I removed my center console and had to take the cable off the handbrake and when I refitted the cable to the handbrake it no longer works rite as in I pull the lever up and just falls back down.when I push the botton it just stays in. I then toke it apart again to see what I have missed but just...

I have been spraying wd40 in there and still nothing lol The sound of takeing it off and rebuilding sounds alittle scary to me as does trying to reline the diff lock and high and low. Think I need to find some one local to me who can lend a hand
