It's a Storm 1 engine, what part am I going to order, anyone know.

Driving to work a few day's ago no heater, **** straight into near servive station, water running out from bottom tray, bought two tins of rad seal topped it up and drove to work, heater toastie, water down about 250 ml, topped up, drove home, down about the same, next morning, saturday engine...

Hard to notice its a bumper off job, only noticed when I was replacing broken bumper, gasp.

Behind front bumper was bad, one anti roll bracket was not even attached .

I spent about 6 weeks under mine rebuilding, front to rear, remember sections can be bought quite cheap.

Wee bit of repair to the old rust bucket, that's the top shock mount doing it's stuff again.

Correct, first things first, that's just the ****e disco chassis, last part to do, need a spring compressor

so damper detached, usual rotten chassis, cut the area flush, and plated it, just need to attach top bracket somehow :) Not the prettiest of welds but strong enough, got a plate for inside and bottom also

Fuel filter changed today, sorted, .new beast, pulling strong, obviously filter was choked another part of the problem appeared to be an over tightening of the drain cap which spread the o ring and was allowing air into system, fuel filter has been on a while, all other filters and oil changed...

And he said fuel filter also :-)

Talked to my mate he reminded me that a few of the glow plug caps were brittle and broke when we removed the head, it was -3° they might need taped on I'll check it tomorrow.

Aye well it's on now, not going near it again, saying that struggled to start this morning, felt like a choked fuel filter ??
