Nodge If you have time, take a look at this please

No drama Nodge, bit of banta is alright with me.. There are 3 pipes that come from the boost control valve if I'm right, 1 goes to the vac tank, 1 goes to the turbo? and the other goes up the where there should be a filter?, but in my case it don't it just seems to be connected to like a metal...

Mad Hat Man, are you stoned fella, as we are defo not on the same page mate. What more information would a person need, unless your asking without asking what it is that's wrong with the vehicle I have no idea what information you need?

Its not that difficult a question. I need a competent enthusiast or LandRover mechanic (apart from the obvious LANDROVER main dealer repair shop. Within London or not to far from, that knows the LandRover Freelander in and out to do paid work on my Freelander.

Do all TD4's have a boost solenoid filter? cant find one on mine, looked down the back followed pipes from solenoid and nothing.

Ok guys I've found the very long Vac hose which comes from the very back of the vac tank, as you state it runs up under the engine cover over to the left hand side of the engine and down towards as you say the engine solenoid, I cant seem to get my hands or fingers on the end that connects to...

I know that's not the Vacuum tank, VT is located under that.

This is the one that I found a split in so far, I realise now its not from the Vac tank.

I will check it out, hopefully ill be able to sort that one out also. Many many thanks.

just a quick question. is the pipe in question the same thickness as the one I changed already?
