I have been looking forward to having this on the road for quite a while, the engine is lovely and being an rpi one has been ultrasound checked for liner thickness so I shouldnt be taking it out anytime soon (I hope). Now that and the auto is in I will be chasing the niggles with the vehicle...

What year is your disco? What ignition system is on it? Buy an msd controller, msd coil and magnacore leads, no more problem!

It's not too bad on gas if you leave the loud pedal alone, good ignition helps!

That was indeed what it was when I bought it last year, Now it has a 4.6 rpi v8 in on an auto with a viscous transfer. MSD ignition and lpg, great fun!
