does anyone know if it is possible to replace the original 100 amp alt from a 4.2 v8 RR serpentine belt for a 120 amp RR alt with out to much problem

does anyone know if the 120 amp RR alt will fit inplace of the 100 amp alt on a 4.2 RR v8 engine with out to much problem
