well i did'nt yesterday when all my electrics went including the remote, the alarm was just going off. i had a power surge into my air con pump to get it started and all hell broke loose. i disconnected the battery and the message center tells you you need to reset.

well the relays have been tested and all ok. having a borrowed pressure switch put on next wednesday to test. if it was the head unit wouldnt the cheque book be on

norwich, lots of rip off places. theres one perticular place jsf, more expensive than main dealers. for example i got a quote for £1100 to do blend motors when hunters (dealer) quoted £700 peter scott also quoted £700 anyone mobile is best i think so you watch and learn

yep thats where it is. in regards to the thermal cut out switch, whats that all about i am told that the clutch gap is to big and am going to have it adjusted, but no one knows the correct gap. any ideas? i think from what you describe could be it, because sometimes it works although...

could be, although what you said about the ecu he said about and asked whether i had it plugged in for fault codes etc. now forgive me for being thick but i thought the hevac computer was for this, hence the book display which incidentally has gone out on mine since all the work...

had the car running on idle alot over the past couple of weeks while getting my problems sorted, i have not had a chance to really drive it yet as i wanted to get them sorted. i was hoping and expecting to get 12mpg around town and 20 on a run but to my alarm the computer is stating 5 to 6...

dont ask me, he reckons if you are changing the condenser and the car has done 80k change it as well as it prone to leaks just like the condenser.

disconnect the battery, reconnect the battery, put key in door, turn to the left. this will reset. to reset your sunroof, open (tilt) and close again. this will reset that. same for windows, open fully and then close

had the air con looked at today by a specialist and he reckons its an electrical fault. he has the system working and informs me that the 2 fans should be working at the front when the car is stationary. he thinks i need the gap adjusted on the clutch and possibly a new dryer and is mystified...
