it's a 1988 3.5efi auto, apparently the sills have already been replaced so just gotta double check all the other rusting places, sounds like there's a fair few. Good runner with good auto box, fingers crossed it's not too bad.

bugger! What would i need to tow it would a passat estate with car trailer be ok or is it going to be too heavy?

I've bought a rangie with no mot or tax and it's about 250 miles away. Would it be legal if i was to book it in for mot near me and drive it to the mot station.
