Its also down to the temperature, how much volume you can get in, both LPG and petrol. The colder the temperature, the more you can get in, hence its better to fuel up in the morning or evening rather the than in the height of the day. Not really applicable in the current climate, but it does...

thanks guys for the reply. Bit squirmish with elec-trickery. Got zapped too many times owning 101's to try that without a set of insulated pliers. From how you describe the fault with crank sensor, it does feel a bit like stalling. I've looked up the prices and its one of the cheaper sensors...
