hi dan sorry for the great delay my other half is heavily pregnant and has been in hospital and i havent been able to get on here till tonight ur not the only 1 who i havent sent the items out too i was not intending to rip anyone off as u sugest i will quite happily refund u or send item asap

Well I paid for the ladder on the 2nd and it's now 20th and I've still not got it and your ignoring my messages, I guess you've ripped me off.
