Cant even find where to make a new post?.

Having issues with my cd player, just got a replacement today, installed it, tested it, all worked fine. I left for a few hours, came back to screw everything in properly but when i did, nothing worked, now that and the radio (which never had an issue) dont work

Any ideas? I have a hse 4.6 petrol
