Hi, is there any freelander fans out there ..................dont all speak at once lol............. after many years of owning discoverys I purchased a freelander for the misses after 6 weeks I wish I hadnt, problem after problem ......... 
fuel gauge does not work,
back breaks binding,
clunking coming from the front end,
graunching from the steering when on full lock,
passenger window stopped working,
warm smell coming from under the car (midway) after a run
all developed after a few weeks from purchasing, hey and I was worried about the head gasket!!( which is ok and been done in 2008)
and to top it all it started cutting out after about 15-20 miles !!:doh::doh:
Anyone had the same experiences any one got some cheap fixes ?????
