Cheers for the reply - sorry only just seen it but useful info. Managed to get it back into servicable condition by servicing the carb but it's still not 100% - I will look into fuel lines.
I live in the Gulf - the coldest remp I have encountered is about +20, so I doubt that's the problem!! Seems to deal with +45c fairly well so that's some consolation..
