Hello everyone, I'm Steve from Ireland . I'm new to forums so be gentle
I have a 2007 Rangerover sport 2.7 diesel.
I was towing a caravan and the engine just stalled on me as I was exited some traffic lights.
I cranked it a couple times but no start. And hasn't started since.
On the diagnostics it came up with a P0341 camshaft sensor fault.
I've replaced the camshaft sensor (pain of a job
) but no joy.
Diagnostics still stating the same code referring to (camshaft segment period is too short)
I'm not a mechanic, but I am able to work out most issues. Unfortunately my limited knowledge has stalled with this one
I'd appreciate any pointers anyone can offer as this is my only vehicle and budget is low....
Thank you in advance.
Steve
