My P38 has the same issue, ABS n TC lights on!
After checking with my nanocom I get no faults
The same voltage form all sensors:

Mine still acting up, this is the third master cylinder block, already replaced abs pump, accumulator, brake light switch, all abs sensors, now after the third fitting of block I've got it down.to this one fault as in the picture, now sometimes all lights go out, sometimes they go out then come on for a second under braking then go out again and sometimes back to abs and TC lights just permanently on, any thoughts anyone, cheers Glyn

A really corroded diagnostic socket and wiring has been known to throw up errors in the entire ABS/TC arena.
We have had this before and obscure though it was it turned out that the bringing together of all these outputs at the diag socket allowed "cross-talk/connection that got things VERY confused. You might want to have a look there. ;)
