Definitely not set up correctly, most probably the cheapest s---- you can buyWell it did fill and then two thirds of it would flush away, but after last flush it runs from cistern into bowl constantly and water running into cistern trying to top it up but failing so I'm back to flushing with a bucket of water![]()

verry nice looks like a spiraea ( bridal wreath )...that this little tree/bush looks absolutely stunning for about 10 days every year.
Then it returns to looking totally boring and featureless.

Morning All.
Another bright but chilly day here.
Tomorrow, I am supposed to be going to my sisters for a lunch. Not really looking forward to travelling on an Easter Weekend.
Off to my lad's this morning. Bumble-fryer has gone "Bang" and the washing is backing up.
Might only be a snapped belt.
Have a great day.![]()
True, if it IS blowing caps then it is most likely scrap I suspect.Might be the capacitor ...
-----and a feeling of dismay when yer finger bursts through itBit like izal walk with a limp job![]()
Nah, you misunderstand, the cap is a big bugger, only £8ish and is separate from the motor or control boardTrue, if it IS blowing caps then it is most likely scrap I suspect.
I was hoping the belt had snapped and the "bang" was the tensioner spring & pulley letting fly.![]()
So a Multimeter across it will tell me if it is kaput?Nah, you misunderstand, the cap is a big bugger, only £8ish and is separate from the motor or control board
yeah, google the make and model of the dryer and search for replacing the cap vids, we did ours last year ... well, we did it twice cos I put it in back to front first time ...So a Multimeter across it will tell me if it is kaput?
