Well come one stop teasing. Where are the pictures!Evening Landys
After many years finally got myself and 1986 defender 90, it’s a bit ruff around the edges, but she is great to drive.
Congratulations!
I’m going to be ‘that’ person, you actually have a Ninety, not a Defender.

In the spirit of education I am going to be even more pedantic than @bluedog333. It is not "90" it is Ninety. When these first came out in the '80's there were referred to as Land Rover One Ten, Land Rover Ninety, and Land Rover One Two Seven. the numbers came along with the defender name, but we all know what you mean! Thanks bluedog 90 it is![]()
Yes 200tdi great engineLooking pretty good to me. What engine? From the TDI decal on the wing a 200tdi? Common enough change for early Ninety [written not numbers, can make a difference when looking for parts] Mine is a 1990 Ninety with 200tdi.
Yes Britpart all round, I have an ever growing list of things to doIn the spirit of education I am going to be even more pedantic than @bluedog333. It is not "90" it is Ninety. I see it has yellow springs are these the britpart HD ones, and are they fitted all around? If so I would advise swapping the rear ones to none HD. You may need HD on the front for the winch, but they will give a very hard ride on the rear!
