how can i put on new battery without tailgate window going down

You have to provide permanent power to the vehicle, normally from another battery connected to the battery cables using jump leads.

thanks mate can i use a small ups 12 volt battery as a temp supply

Yes, as long as the power supply chosen can supply sufficient current to maintain the voltage above 12V, it'll hold the memories.
