    The doors are 34" so the bulkhead to tub measure should be 34.5"to allow for shut gap.

    Exactly. Tub. Seat box and sills, then bulkhead. Best do doors windscreen and roof before finalising the bulkhead.

    Oh, photos of the"stuff". I don't think there should be any. Everything should be immaculate. I use brake cleaner and an air line to clean everything after washing in kero.

    Camshaft related, so. Possibilities are: Oil pump Skew gear Dizzy Fuel pump Rollers Followers Push rods I'd start with the rollers, can be seen from the engine side by taking the side plates off.

    Under neath. Suggest you invest in a high quality cavity wax and apply to the gap between the tank and the cradle, and apply liberally to all surfaces. I use Bilt hambler dynax S50. Other brands exist. NOT waxoyl. Buy a new fixing kit as well...
