V8bob replied to the thread Steel wheel nuts!.
Are the fake wolf wheels the same thickness steel? If not they probably don’t need to be as tight and the manufacturer should have their own spec for wheel nut torque.

On an mot on my v8, I adjusted the carbs while he was doing the emission test to get it to pass. So I bought one of those. Sat in the cupboard for a year, I went to use it, but it was no where near possible to get a setup reading of 2.5, or...

I think the most popular method is strip it down have a few bits repaired and lose interest. At least if you do as dag019 said it makes it easier to see what is there when you sell as an abandoned project in a few years time👍

The only person it matters to is you. The only person who knows for sure is some long retired quartermaster. In light of these two truths, just pick whatever you want. Nobody else on earth will either know, nor care.

If you can get to it easily and have a decent angle grinder, preferably with a nice cutting disc. You could put two parallel flats on it the next size down, or at a size you have a decent spanner for. Then undo it. If you can’t trust yourself...

If you are quite happy with your current pension and how much it will give you, for what you pay in, then why not set up a separate 2nd pension?

I have started using Wynns lead substitute. The reason I selected it was 1, it has a measure so you can put in the correct amount, I never like the 1/2 bottle per tank idea. And 2, it has a fuel stabiliser for keeping the fuel fresher. Probably...
