Can anyone help? I have water constantly filling up the well in the boot space.I cannot see where it is coming from.Any ideas???

I have just bought a freelander auto td hse.I am happy with the motor exept for the leak into the boot area.I cannot find the leak but theunder floor compartment keeps filling with water.I have been told its a common fault but I want to stop it.Can anyone please help?
