    Sometimes the pipe going from the turbo to the steel pipe leading towards the intercooler delaminates. The 90 degree one ... PNH1020 You can normally see it if it has, as a lump on the inside wall, you can't see it from the outside.

    Looking at that it is odd that your rear wheels are out of toe by the same amount but surely the front wheels can't then be aligned to 0 toe using the rear wheels as a guide

    This stuff. I got it at The Spray Store in Motherwell. They recommended 2.5ltrs for the 90 at a 2:1 mix with standard thinners for spraying. £70 inc the vat.

    Done the front propshaft UJs and refitted it then sealed a leak (hopefully) on the transfer box. Discovered that my rear prop now needs the UJs doing but that's a tomorrow job and with that off it'll let me sort out that diff flange leak as well.
