Nobody. It gets a bit of black mould under there so I periodically clean and disinfect it, followed by a couple of fresh coats of paint. (lack of air circulation and a warm damp area).

Speak for yourself. Up at 5 this morning, painting from 6 to 7 under a kitching worktop. Had to move the washing machine out but couldn't get it out quite far enough for comfort - had to leave it plumbed in because the shut off valve is seized...

We are looking after the G-kids because my son is away in LA on business. Their Mother refused to have them because "its not my turn to have them" so we stepped up to facilitate. Now guess what? She contacts my son to say she has missed her...

Also, it might be worth re-checking sump bolt tourqe after a couple of days. Did mine today before putting under tray back on and was surprised how much they tightened up, despite already having done them up to 25nm as per manual. Griff

wow!, dunno about kiln dried ours is always air dried by the supplier and we dry it further before using it. But the cutting up costs the dosh.

LOL 7x that price for 2 cubic metres. Kiln dried and all cut to c.10..12" :)
