Well you have obviously been more bothered to look deep into it than me! No idea, all I ever saw was them being fried by ma in law. I hate egg-white in boiled, poached and fried, but it's OK in omelettes and scrambled and bizarrely in egg...

So they coat them in egg white's the thing you hate the most 🤣 🤣
