I have always used land rovers as a work vehicle and depend on their simple maintenance, durability and range of practical uses. I'm not interested in range rovers or freelanders, defenders that serve as a yuppie status symbol or a macho pantomime horse. Either you need a land rover or you don't. And if you do make full use of it, you couldn't live without one
