Lunch, and rain, break update: the main and engine harnesses are out. No idea why one would attach the engine harness using a inlet manifold bolt so. Anyway, the engine harness is more difficult than the main one, I did not expect that...

That'll be a quick fix, I'll simply attach different connectors to the old wiring. That'll have to do for now.

I use a length of the spring wire plastic coated that was used to hang netting from in windows. Its flexi and thin enough to go down the drains easily
