I can't find the leak, it's very small, takes a year to drop from 35psi to 25psi.

Found a groupon offer for aircon recharge at ats. £43 summit. System empty, which I knew, now nice and cold again but it won't last unless the leak that nobody can find has fixed it self.

À good question, get in there lad and measure them. As a rule, any bolt length should leave at least 5mm sticking out of the nut once it's tight👍

If they've rotted, some heat, oil and a good pair of mole grips. Or cut the buggers off with a grinder👌 Then cut and make the old bolts flush and drill then out to fit bolts if you're using the part again 👍
