Following a drop in power at 70mph and engine warning light coming on, I have a Freelander TD4 which has just has its turbo reconditioned by Turbo-technics. Apparently the actuator was seized. Since the turbo has been re-fitted it whistles and there is slight lag particularly noticeable at lower speeds. Fuel pump and filter have also been replaced, as has the MAF sensor and the pressure boost valve. Not much left to change. Running out of cash fast. Need help, or a new car
