Started by thinking of new galvanised chassis. OK, they have given it a good look over and I only need the rear quarter replaced, despite a welded ARB bracket. Should be doing it late next week, or the week after. And a few other bits, then a good waxoyling.

Don't think so, but could not find anyone prepared to do a swap for under £10k.

As long as under £5k I will be ok, I managed to save £9k, but since cannot get full chassis done, shoved some into a ISA.

Why is this not covered by LR? This is a manufacturing fault. Would legal action be worth doing?

They are my fallback if I can't get a local company. Have asked the second choice again as there is a loose chassis on their website, first choice shut during COVID.

The reason for mentioning oil was injector washer leaks. Later TD5s run bad with no maf, so if no change.

Take right one apart and clean it well, looks like something growing inside
