Shine a torch down onto the the pulley when running, see if you can see any bright metal particles, or remove the auxiliary belt run the car for a minute see if the clattering goes away. Yours.

Crank pulley on the way out, only fit a Corteco Pulley other's don't last. 1 2 and a new gates belt.
