    I think there is a down load in the tech archive but if you are stuck for a copy I can do a CD for the cost of postage. It's a bit of a pain with he customs declaration and you may get stung for duty so it's a last resort.

    Normally black on start up, it'll chug a little then run properly. Normally when one or two glow plugs go down it'll be a long crank to get it fire up🫣
