Which lift kit do i get for my Defender 90. Light medium or heavy and how much should i spend £360 for the complete works?

One of my Radius arms broke off and after spending £500 on new Terrafima heavy duty bars poly bushes and strengthened brackets on my Defender 90 the steering is shot to pieces. Car drives like a bowl of jelly. what can it be? Any help would be much appreciated.
