All sorted, it was just a dodgy switch, replaced with genuine switch, no issues!

Facebook, search MDRS automotive, then search on their page for ingenium.

Park up to a wall, then switch lights on, if they are full brightness instantly they are halogens, if they take a second to get to full brightness then they are Hid/Xenon.
