All the screws will have had some sort of anti tamper seal to see if they have been messed with, little blobs of paint on all the screws, sometimes thin twisted wire or even plastic caps, just trying to see if anyone has messed with the injection...

Pump getting power? If you have twin pumps just swap plugs over to test.
