I think I managed to sort the issue, basically the oil system holds 7.5l of oil but when you drain it out and replace the filter you can only get out 6.5l so I used Forté engine flush then drained that oil, put in some cheaper fresh oil and new...

If it the same time each time, then it may have a timed relay as suggested by others, a simply relay swap could be you fix. I have fitted a few aftermarket heated seat kits and none have had timed relays.
