Have had a few landrovers before from a series 2, Disco 300, RR P38 and now on 2nd Freelander. Origional Freelanderwas the L series diesel back in 2000, and now got a TD4 3 door which was my late Wifes so wont ever be able to part with this one. Loved them all but have to say the Freelander is better suited to my more urban lifestyle as dont tow anything heavy any more, just me and the dog these days. Went superbly in the alpine snows when skiing in 2010 and on reasonable runs getting 35mpg
