when thay have put on body waight for the winter and the hazelnuts have finished , need to still be warm if not bucket of hot water

I've never found them easy to skin ?, wrong time of year ?

THAY do skin easy as thay have a layer of fat just under the skin , thay have a national day here celebrating it cooked in lots of different ways good day out
