Hi had this with brakes on a car some years ago. Solved by sucking the fluid though using a bike pump and a bit of tube. It seems that the system needs the weight of the fluid to keep the washes against the sides of the cylinders. Worth a try perhaps ?

Hi Had the same problem on my TD5. It may be the XYZ switch which is mounted on the side of the gearbox. You may be able to clear the fault by moving the gear selection lever back and forth over its total range. In the end you may have to replace the switch (about £90). Not difficult to do but a...
