Just switch a bulb yourself from the other side and see what effect it has… (Unscrew the lens and the holder will twist out to expose the bulb)

As Arctic says… check the bulb/s first. The double-time flashing shows there is a problem. Normally it’s a blown bulb. If the bulbs are proven working, then check/clean the bulb holder and try again. If none of that works, it potentially could...
