The hole is on the top of it unfortunately so it's gotta come off one way or another, did think of just wire brushing it all and welding a patch on but no luck there 😩

Could the tank be brazed or welded in situ? That would save a lot of grief🤔

I would if I knew that I wouldny run into issues, but all the heads of the bolts that go into the chassis are all rotten so are very likely to shear off, will probably end up drilling them out and cutting out access hols to replace them with bolts 🤣😭
