Hi guys Before i retire in a few years time i want to recon my disco 200tdi my self as i don't know the history with mine and ran it for the past 5 years alls ok but want to know is it really worth it over getting an engine rebuilder to do it

A Zeus front disc brake conversion up front is what you need or better still a full disc brake conversion like i have fitted 👍

Managed to get it road tested yesterday and what a difference the new clutch has made really happy with it 👍

Got the Zues all round kit on mine and love it, i also have an Xbrake hand brake as well

Started up engine earlier today after fitting everything back on ( front panel and stuff ) and the clutch feels a lot better than the old clutch ever did a lot lighter but will see once i can give it a road test 🙂

It was a wierd thing obviously the pin part of the clip went in the hole then the clip part of the clip gripped its self round the nipple on the end of the half shaft so you had one on all 4 half shafts

No i think they was in there from new
