P38 discs and pads

Hi Guys,
I am about to renew all 4 discs and brake pads on my 1999 P38 HSE. First of all I have ordered mintex pads and discs from Island 4 x 4.The discs are Britparts and I have heard mixed reports about Brit Parts stuff, often referred to as XXit Parts.Before I fit them can anyone tell me if they are any good.
Also how easy a job is it , and how long should each wheel take?
I wondered if there are any other parts I should order to do the job, ie. are there any springs, screws, nuts etc, which are notorious and likely to break during the process.
As you probably guessed I am no mechanic and would appreciate any help.

Hi Guys,
Can you please tell me the correct tyre pressures I should be using .I have a P38 1999 hse.Triple sport alloys Pirelli Scorpion 255 55 R18 109 V. No off roed use, and keep getting conflicting views on the correct tyre pressures. I run with 40 at the rear and 38 at the front.There must be a definitive answer. Thank you in anticipation.
