Thanks for your reply.We've checked the gearbox oil,it was red and clean so ok. plugged vehicle into testbook,the diagnostic said it was the outputshaft speed sensor.So that was changed.still no revs in drive or reverse only in park or neutral. Could this possibly be the XYZ switch or EAT ECU...

I have recently bought a 1997 2.5 diesel DT.Its great,but when you select drive or any gear (its auto). Theres no revs or drive unless you wait five mins.Revs okay in park and neutral. Could this be low gear box fluid? Any ideas would be appreciated. Blackdog25:confused:
