There is a lock washer. Gwyn Lewis has a fitting guide. Torque to spec, drive for a bit then re torque and hammer the lock washer into place.

Ahh not a copy. One guy does the software for Alive, Empire and Td5inside. They all have very slightly different functionality but eventually end up the same.

Tube out rigger might have a few years left. Chassis, if that is the worst then with time, effort, money you could probably slow the process. Fuel tank cradle is bolt on so not so important. Realistically all of our chassis are rusting away...

My luck :/ New battery arrived, so I set about fitting it....

And it never ends... the brake check light was constantly illuminated... Both wires had corroded/snapped off the level switch that sits in the clutch/brake fluid reservoir... had to unpick the connector and solder the wires back on.

Got the car fired up. First impressions, very positive... zero drive train slop. Need to get it off road soon for a play. No leaks from either box yet, let's see what a few more miles do. Got some more jobs to complete over the coming weeks...

Getting there slowly, gear set stripped off the old center diff housing, ready to go on the AATB. Just got to finish cleaning off all the other parts now, slowest part of the job to be honest.

The lower section of the gear lever that sits in the turret has really deep wear from the bias springs, about 1.5 to 2mm deep lines scored. I've heard people have welded them up and ground them before, although I have a welder I've never used...
